This study aimed to identify the situation of teaching performance of teaching staff members' from students' point of view in the Faculty of Education, Ibb University. A descriptive survey methodology was used through administrating a 53-item questionnaire composing of six areas: personal relationship with students, course preparation, course teaching time management, classroom course presentation, students' performance evaluation, and classroom management. The findings of the study revealed that: the situation level of teaching performance of teaching staff members' from students' point of view in the Faculty of Education, Ibb University was average, M = 2.91, showing that the area of Classroom Management scored the top rank, M = 3.06; the area of Students' Performance Evaluation scored the second rank, M = 2.98; the area of Classroom Course Presentation scored the third rank, M = 2.97; the area of Personal Relationship with Students scored the fourth rank, M = 2.89; the area of Course Preparation scored the fifth rank, M = 2.78; while the area of Course Teaching Time Management scored the final rank, M = 2.75; and there were no statistically significant differences between the sample's responses to the questionnaire attributed to the variables of gender and specialization 9
