Abstract

The study aimed to find out the impact of administrative empowerment on improving the quality of services in the Office of Education in Amran Governorate. The researchers used the descriptive analytical approach and the questionnaire as a tool for the study. It was applied to a sample of workers in the Office of Education in Amran Governorate, which amounted to 80 individuals. The study found that the level of implementation of administrative empowerment received an overall average of (3.44 out of 5), meaning a high degree, and the level of quality of administrative services reached an overall average of 3.39 out of 5), meaning a moderate score. There is a positive impact of administrative empowerment on the quality of administrative services. The correlation ratio was (R=0.54) and indicates that there is a fairly strong positive correlation between administrative empowerment and the quality of services, while the coefficient of determination (R²=0.29) means that administrative empowerment explains (29%) of the variance in the quality of services. In light of the results, the researchers recommended the necessity of activating administrative empowerment, with continuous development of services and spreading a culture of quality and accreditation among office employees, in addition to proposals for complementary studies on the subject.
